I had my first day at work today; it went really well.
The crew at Liip are a friendly bunch, and after some introductory bits and pieces, I got stuck into some actual work. It’s good to be coding again. 
i have to say that the public transport here is infinitely better than in Auckland. Electric is just so much better than diesel.
I’ve now got a Skype account (dan.willis27) - we use it at work - and had a good chat with Mum and Dad tonight using the fring client on my Nokia E90 over WiFi since my laptop doesn’t have a microphone. So if you use Skype, add me and we can chat sometime.

Good to hear about your first day. Last night we stood around the clock in the kitchen, thinking that you would be on the train to work at that moment. Been praying and will continue to pray for you! 29 days till we see you!
Glad it went well. I see LIIP have already added a photo and your details to their “team” on their website - very efficient indeed! Hope the rest of the week goes well too and you settle in quickly.
