Breast-milk for Dinner?

That is the title of the email I received from my good friend Louise. A little concerned what she was cooking up for her family I had to keep reading, fast… Actually, she sent me a link to an article about some crazy Swiss restaurateur who serves meals cooked with human breast-milk. He pays woman money for their breast-milk. Hmmm. I think I might find it hard to eat his meals. Dunno. What do you think? Here is the link to the article in the UK Telegraph. Thanks Anita for sending me this link too. So funny to get the same article from both you and Louise! You must know my love of hospitality and restaurants well!

Thanks for checking in on us.

Haha, I wouldn’t be keen to try breast milk but I have it from a very good source (a very cute 11 month old one) who thinks it is YUM!

You forgot to post the link Michelle.

Someone linked to the article on The Nappy Network so that is how both Anita and I saw it – and of course thought of you straight away. Great minds think alike eh Anita?

Hey, if you click on the word “Here” (in red) then you are connected to the link. Yeah, it is good stuff for babies, but I wonder if it has any nutritional advantage over normal cows milk for adults? Anyway…

I’m sure that wasn’t showing up before….. but it could be just me, I’ve been so tired lately, been saying such silly things.

Great minds! Totally!! Michelle I think you should view it as a cultural experience, like eating snails in France. When in Rome do as the Romans do? Ha ha so looking forward to a review of said meal in the near future.
