Mmm, sounds like a yummy fair! Yes, I think it was 12 years ago now, can that be right? I've been feeling quite old lately, now that I am getting closer to 30. I remember when turning 21 was years away!!! The Stuttgart Weinachtsmarkt was really neat. It was SO freezing though, do you remember that?
